We are seeking interested applicants to be studying an Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geography or Engineering degree - that’s it.... no prior experience needed.

**Your Graduate scheme**:
Operations is a business area that has a large variety of different work streams with a number of skills needed making no 2 days the same. This is a great opportunity for someone studying science or engineering that wants to use transferable skills on a practical level working in a team dedicated to Environmental Performance.

**Your Development**

As a part of your programme, you may take part in a number of soft skills workshops, including the following:

- Effective Team Working
- Resilience
- Personal Branding
- Time Management
- Problem Solving
- Managing Difficult Conversations

In addition, you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with your fellow graduates. These will allow you to develop your interpersonal and leadership skills, whilst working collaboratively with your peers.
You will also be given the opportunity to work on key business projects within your specialised field.

**Good to know**:
Your internship will primarily be based North East Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
