BLMK ICS are looking for an AHP to lead the AHP Faculty. This is a 1 year fixed term contract, which can be a secondment post for the right person. The AHP Faculty has been set up to advocate for AHP clinical leadership and to support the delivery of the AHP workforce development strategy in line with the ICS workforce ambitions. This is a 2 day a week role, and will work alongside a full time project support manager to deliver work streams based on supporting ED&I targets, student placements, return to work targets, national education and training surveys and international recruitment. The post holder will be supported by senior AHP leads and managers across the region and be accountable to the AHP council chair.
You will need to have some experience of delivering change and service transformation. You will need to be a good communicator and have the ability to write reports and supply data that supports the work you are doing. You must be approachable, pragmatic and supportive, but also be able to challenge at a senior level to advocate and promote for the agenda that you are required to deliver. You will need to be confident in senior meetings and able to present the work that you have been doing at a local and regional level.
