We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join an independently run architectural practice based in central Manchester.
Currently sitting at 20 architectural staff, this practice is looking to be at 25 staff by the end of the year. They work on a variety of projects including Commercial, Offices, Logistics, Education, Retail, Mixed Use and Leisure.
They are based in central Manchester, not too far from Deansgate and to their clients, they offer a hands-on service to their clients. They believe in getting projects right the first time, with a quick, no-nonsense, and proactive approach always.
As a practice, they work on projects across the UK, but they have also worked on projects internationally too as they work with many blue-chip companies.
The Role: Architectural Technologist
- Use AutoCAD and Revit
- Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation
- Get involved in different stages of projects including a schedule of work, completing construction level drawings, NBS specifications, tendering for projects
- Monitor the progress of buildings
- Dealing with queries/issues of different clients and contractors
The salary for this position ranges from £23,000 to £30,000 depending on previous experience and ability.
