IT Support Analyst

The Group Internal Infrastructure Team at KCS is expanding the Internal IT team to provide support to our growing number of global internal customers. We have an exciting opportunity to join the team utilising Cherwell ITSM platform to respond to incomingincidents and requests to resolve network, hardware and software issues. ?

This role is based out of our easily accessible KCS head office in Hungerford, reporting to the Global IT Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT and technology to act as point of contact for our global internal customerswere you will also help shape and develop the services we provide, as it continuously improves and evolves. ? **Role**:

- Providing Internal Desktop/Network/Application Support to the employees of KCS
- Assist in the deployment of technologies/systems/services to employees of KCS
- Act as a main point of contact for Internal customers and thus project a professional image at all times
- Use and develop systems to help achieve good relationships and satisfaction with other departments and our internal customers

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to investigate unfamiliar problems and generate an effective solution in a systematic and logical manner
- Experience of:

- Providing IT support in a Windows based commercial environment.
- Windows 10 administration?
- Administration ofActive Directory?
- Supporting Office 365
- Deployment of Windows Laptop Devices
- As well as being able to work effectively as a member of a team, they must also be able to organise and manage their own workload
- Desirable Exposure/knowledge of:

- Mitel Connect telephony platform
- PDQ Deploy/Inventory
