NFU Mutual’ s Agency in Moreton-in-Marsh is recruiting for a full time Sales and Service Advisor to join our growing team.

The Role:

-  Process customer claims and enquiries, assessing validity of claims and identifying potential fraudulent activity.
- Liaise with internal Claims department, Loss Adjusters and Approved Professionals
-  Proactively monitoring claims and providing the customer timely feedback.
-  Logging of complaints, where required.
-  Transact business compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a ‘customer-centric’ approach.

-  Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing clients.
-  A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
-  Someone who shows initiative and has a “can do” attitude
-  Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
-  Customer service experience is required
-  Previous experience in insurance is advantageous but not essential
-  Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math’s and English (or equivalent).
-  Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Pay: From £24,875.00 per year
