Kitchen Porter

**Welcome to The Rashleigh Inn, **a Public House and Dining Room situated in Polkerris, in between Fowey and St Austell and right on the beach. With a focus on local and seasonal produce, the kitchen creates an evolving seasonal menu with a backbone of pub classics. We aim to use every part of our ingredients to ensure nothing usable is wasted.

**About the job**:

- You must be 18+ and be flexible to work 5 days per week Monday - Sunday, and on flexible AM/PM shift patterns
- Ensure crockery, glasses & all other catering equipment are washed in a speedy and efficient manner
- Cleaning all catering surfaces and equipment to the required standard
- Assisting the chef when required
- General cleaning of all kitchens surfaces
- Removal of refuse and cleaning of refuse areas
- Be a good team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £7.50-£10.50 per hour
