This client is moving to becoming more data driven and looking for an Insight Analyst to join their growing team. You’ll be looking at customer and employee data and providing insights alongside growing your career.
**What you’ll be doing**
Working alongside the Business Intelligence team, HR & Customer Experience teams and an external agency, you will develop surveys, frameworks and NPS processes to become the voice of the customer and employees within the organisation. You will be analysingdata provided by the internal teams and surveys by the agency and will be telling stories with this data to allow the organisation to improve.
Now that they have a strong BI and Data department, they are looking for someone to assist with delivering market insights and looking at market research to better drive the business. They are growing their established team and constantly improving. Going froma 250 FTSE company, they’re now aiming to be FTSE 100 company and analytics are a key part of this strategy.
You’ll need to have come from an insight or market analyst role previously and be confident working with SQL and visualisation tools, and you’ll go a long way here
**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- Minimum of two years’ experience in an Insight/Marketing/Data Analyst position
- Experience with SQL
- Visualization skills (such as PowerBI or Tableau)
- Ideally primary and secondary research experience
- Bonus for experience working with external agencies
- Ideally a STEM or numerical degree

**What you’ll get in return for your experience **
A base salary reaching up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus and amazing package
