Whilst our office is based in Leatherhead, we are currently working from home.

**The Role**
As a Sales Support Executive & Copywriter, you’ll split your time between providing a high level of support to our Sales Directors and Strategic Account Managers and undertaking a range of copywriting activities.
Specifically, you’ll perform a range of tasks, from answering Partner queries to creating reports, to drive growth with our Partners and increase profitability.
Using your excellent writing skills, you’ll create clear and concise copy for Bid and Tender responses, engaging readers and inspiring them to choose us as their premium finance partner.
Additionally, you will:

- Collaborate with the marketing function to ensure that marketing activities support growth activity and initiatives
- Respond to a broad range of queries and ensure that any issues are swiftly resolved
- Facilitate the new Partner onboarding process
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the IPF function
- Create new and reusable content for Tenders
**About You**
To join us as a Sales Support Executive & Copywriter, you will need:

- To be customer-focused with a track record of delivering excellent service to drive commercial performance
- The ability to build successful working relationships and engage and influence others to deliver results
- Proven copywriting experience
- Experience of producing accurate and engaging management reports
- Experience of operating successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in optimising processes including ways of working
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
- To be commercially astute and have good decision-making skills
- To be financially literate and analytical
