**Job description**

**We are seeking experienced Domestic / Laundry Assistants to join our team.**

As a domestic / Laundry assistant in one of our homes, your main responsibilities are
- to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the home
- to assist in the laundry with the demands of the home
- ensuring communal areas and our residents' bedrooms are clean and tidy
- to maintain documentation to reflect cleaning tasks completed
- to adhere to Infection Control policies
- maintaining communication with the Housekeeper and Home Manager
- work collectively as a team

You will, preferably, have previous experience in a similar role or sector and be able to demonstrate an understanding of COSHH, and infection control procedures. You will be able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team as well as having the confidence to work autonomously. You will know how to be respectful of our residents' dignity and privacy, ensuring our residents' right to confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
