**The Role**
We’re looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused **Retail Sales Assistants** to join our friendly team at LaplandUK in Ascot. No experience? No problem We provide full training, so all you need is a positive attitude and a love for creating magical experiences.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll help guests find the perfect souvenirs to take home, engage with children and families, and ensure our stores are fully stocked and beautifully presented.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Welcome guests with a friendly smile and make sure they have a magical shopping experience.
- Help families choose toys, games, and other products that bring their day at Lapland to life.
- Extend the magic of Lapland into the retail stores by staying immersed in the enchanting storyline.
- Keep the stores tidy, well-stocked, and organized with all of our special Lapland products.
- Engage with guests, especially children, in a warm and approachable way.
- Learn about the products we sell to make recommendations that enhance guests’ experience.
- Be a team player, supporting your colleagues and keeping the festive spirit alive

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **No Experience Required** We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who love working with families and children.
- Strong communication skills - you’ll be interacting with guests all day.
- Eagerness to learn and embrace the magical Lapland experience.
