Social Media and Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our social media marketing strategies to promote our car and campervan dealership. You will be responsible for creating an overall social media strategy, showcasing a mix of informative, entertaining and sales based content. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content (photos, graphics and video), and driving customer engagement and brand awareness. You will be responsible for creating striking vehicle advertisements for our own website and Auto Trader. You will enjoy photography and videography, capturing shots and videos of our stock on site and on location, then turning these into social media content to post across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with directors to create marketing strategy
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring regular updates with engaging content, promotions, and relevant industry news.
- Photography and videography
- Create and curate compelling visual and written content, including posts, images, videos, and blog articles, tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, promptly responding and providing assistance to maintain a positive brand image.
- Utilise social media analytics and tracking tools to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for brand promotion and audience engagement.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative strategies to differentiate our dealership from competitors.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and collaborate on promotions and special events.
- Monitor and analyse online reviews and ratings, addressing customer concerns and fostering positive customer experiences.
- Maintain the website and Auto Trader advertising
- Help with any other marketing related duties

**Qualifications / Experience**

Experience in using the Click Dealer management system is preferred but not essential. A good grasp of written English is essential as is experience of using social media platforms. A full driving licence and some knowledge of motor vehicles are necessary.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
