A main contractor who have been established for 100 years and have a portfolio of D&B projects, Refurbishments, traditional builds and more are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their traditional builds team in Central London.

**The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role**

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to help lead projects within the traditional build sectors, including work on New Builds, Heritage projects and parks. The majority of projects worked on are across Surrey and range in values of up to £15m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial manager of the Central London team and will be expected to bring a hands on approach to projects and showcase their experience in traditional build projects.

**The Senior Quantity Surveyor**
- 5 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying
- Experience with Residential, Commercial, Heritage or Education projects essential
- Experience with a Main Contractor essential
- Full valid UK driving license
- Willing to commute across Surrey and Greater London
