**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As our operations continue to expand, we are looking to recruit an experienced Quality & Compliance Coordinator to implement and maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety).

**The role and responsibilities include**:

- Implement and develop M-Sport’s Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Support the company through initial certification and ongoing compliance audits.
- Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and policies.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with department heads in engineering, production, procurement, and senior management to embed ISO principles throughout the company and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and report on KPIs to track.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Promote the best practices throughout the organisation.
- Provide training and support to departments to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience with implementation and maintenance of ISO standards.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Internal Auditor qualification in one or more ISO standards.
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, or motorsport environments.
