**SEN Teaching Assistant**

Flourish Education are working with a good secondary school in the Wednesbury area that are looking to recruit for an SEN Teaching assistant to start on a temporary basis in September.

This SEN Teaching assistant will be working with general SEN needs throughout KS3 and KS4. The behaviour at the school is good and they would be looking for someone to fit in with school ethos with being well planned and structured and delivery positivitythroughout the school.

This SEN Teaching Assistant Role will start in September and be an ongoing role.
- You will need previous Teaching assistant experiences
- To have relevant school experiences.
- To have a strong reference from a previous school employer
- To have previous experience working with SEN children

**The responsibilities of this SEN Teaching Assistant**:

- To support the learning of pupils.
- To follow the directions of the class teacher as required.
- To follow the school behaviour policy and code of conduct.
- To collaborate with colleagues and the class teacher.
- To report pupil progress to relevant stakeholders.
