**Full Time, Mon to Fri**

**Hybrid between home and the Basingstoke office, RG21**

Tate have partnered with a leading company within the Automotive industry, to recruit a Planning and Booking Assistant to start ASAP.

As a Fleet Planning and Booking Assistant, you will be supporting the UK corporate and commercial customers, in planning and booking both on-road and workshop training.

You will provide exceptional customer experience and ensure all training is booked within our agreed customer service levels.

Main responsibilities:
- Book all training requests and ensuring 100% accuracy on our booking systems and confirmations.
- Plan and match suitably qualified trainers to individual training courses.
- Plan daily business as usual training around any upcoming bulk training requests to ensure we utilise our trainers effectively.
- Actively manage trainers' diaries ensuring that any unfilled bookings are removed in advance to avoid unnecessary costs.
- Book hotels, flights, car hire and accommodation for trainers where required
- Manage any reschedule courses as a result of customer or trainer change and any subsequent system updates to ensure the customer still receives the necessary training
- Complete bespoke reporting for customers, providing accurate data and ensuring reports are completed on time.

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

- A proven track record in customer service
- Good at creating conversations and rapport with people on the phone
- High attention to detail, confident in using a PC
- Able to multitask and manage own workload
