**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and events.
- Assist guests with luggage porterage to their bedrooms.
- Assist housekeeping with linen porterage, delivering to the room attendants around the hotel.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest needs effectively.
