**Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

Destination Education is currently looking for a hardworking, confident and driven individual to join our business as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within our City of London office.

Destination Education is an established Teaching Agency (est. 2007) placing Teachers and Support Staff in schools and colleges across London and Home Counties. Due to an incredibly successful year across our Primary division we are looking to expand and grow as we look to reach and exceed next year’s targets.
- Superb telephone manner and persuasive abilities together with excellent research skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective listening and enquiry abilities, both in-person and via telephone
- Able to cope with pressure and meet targets
- A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative

While this is not a sales role, it does have a direct impact on the sales side of the business. While you will be working independently, you will be part of a bigger team who all want to succeed and therefore part of a bigger picture. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or continue your career within recruitment

This is a full-time role and basic salaries will range from £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
