**Corporate Controller**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the billing function and ensure all invoices or cancellations be issued in an efficient and timely manner and to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure all client fee information is complete and accurately recorded and maintained to ensure the accuracy of invoices raised and revenue reporting.
- Oversee regular exception reporting and timely clearing of exceptions to identify data gaps and maintain the accuracy of data.
- Maintain a system of controls to support the billing function along with the identification and design of additional controls as required.
- Train, lead and manage staff across multiple jurisdictions to achieve high performance.
- Manage internal dashboards and systems in order to issue a high volume of invoices.
- Preparation for high volume bill runs including an annual billing calendar and allocation of client portfolios amongst the team in order to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Ensure all billing policies, procedures and processes are well documented and maintained.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, while actively contributing to process improvements.
- Manage the E-Billing requirements ensuring team training and all invoices be submitted to client portals in a timely manner.
- Communication with senior management including the billing of new service lines and one-off requests.
- Initiate and lead ad hoc projects.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of demonstrable relevant work experience in a Financial Services Industry covering Systems, Operations and Finance areas.
- Prior Management experience with responsibility of leading a team.
- Experience in actively managing development and performance.
- A recognised professional accounting designation (ACA/CA/ACCA).
- Ability to work to deadlines, show attention to detail and be able to plan and prioritize work effectively is necessary.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Viewpoint and Aderant Expert are beneficial.
- A demonstrated track record of effective systems design, testing and implementation would be an asset.
- The ability to work to deadlines, show attention to detail and be able to plan and prioritise their work effectively.

WPSL offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career progression and an excellent remuneration package, including a discretionary performance based bonus, pension and fully covered health insurance for employees and 5 weeks' vacation. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be in the range of US$110,000.00 to US$130,000.00.
