**Position: Warehouse Lead**

The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for leading the warehouse team and ensuring that all orders are processed, organized, and shipped in a timely manner. This position will also be responsible for assisting the Operations Team with warehouse tasks.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Manage the warehouse staff and coordinate their activities.**
- Ensure that all orders are processed, organized, and shipped in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all invoices are processed and invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are returned to the warehouse in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all inventory is replenished as needed.
- Ensure that all items are returned to the warehouse in correct quantities.
- Ensure that all items are returned to the warehouse in correct packaging.
- Ensure that all items are returned to the warehouse in correct quantities with packing materials and carrier labels.
- Ensure that all items are returned to the warehouse in correct quantities with packaging materials and carrier labels.
- Ensure that all items are returned to the warehouse in correct quantities with packing materials and carrier labels.
- Perform warehousing activities such as labeling, sorting, unpacking, unpacking, loading/unloading, picking & packing, inventory control & audits.
- Provide feedback to A La Carte Crew Ltd regarding any issues or concerns regarding our warehousing processes.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills and experience dealing with customers and vendors. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and written communication styles. Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude at all times. Able to work effectively as part of a team or independently as needed or requested. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs at a consistent pace, stand for up to 8 hours at a time, sit for 8 hours at a time, use a forklift or other heavy-duty vehicle as needed or as required by company policy while driving company vehicles. Must be able to work any combination of days (Monday through Friday). Must be able to work any combination of shifts (5am - 5pm; 5pm - 5am; 5pm - 6am).
