This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the expansion of the Acute Frailty Service. Following a significant investment to expand our Acute Frailty Services on both acute hospital sites, we are appointing a new consultant to provide specialist care to older people living with frailty, referred to our Elderly Care team of 11 consultants across the Trust.
