**Nursery Practitioners - Transition into Primary School Support (EYFS & KS1)**
**Location**: Lincoln and surrounding areas
**Contract type**: Term-time only, flexible placements
Do you have a background in **nursery or early years childcare** and feel ready to explore working in **primary schools**?
Right Education are supporting local schools across **Lincoln and nearby villages**, helping experienced early years practitioners step confidently into classroom-based roles supporting pupils in **EYFS and KS1**.
These opportunities are ideal for caring, patient individuals who already understand how young children learn through play, routine and encouragement - and want to use that knowledge to make a difference in school settings.
**The role**
- Supporting pupils aged 4-7 in Reception and Key Stage 1
- Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities
- Encouraging positive routines and social development
- Helping with small-group or one-to-one learning support
- Working closely with teachers to create calm, nurturing classrooms
**We’d love to hear from you if you**:
- Have experience in nurseries, preschools or early years settings
- Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years)
- Are warm, adaptable and keen to learn new skills in a school environment
- Want a supportive route into longer-term primary school work
