**Title**: Sales Administrator, Camberley
- Initially this position will be based remotely however when the team return to the office this position will be based from the office with some flex to work from home on a possible hybrid model._

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Order entry
- Ensuring orders are approved and processed in a timely and efficient manner
- Checking logistics details
- Ensuring the CRM is always kept up to date
- Creating quotations
- Completing problem report forms
- Answering all incoming calls
- Processing payments
- Arranging accommodation and travel
- Supporting with the coordination of events
- Ad-hoc administrative duties to support the wider team

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior order management experience is essential in this role due to on-boarding and the volume of order processing involved
- Prior administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence in working with figures
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
