**A Product Owner who thrives at gathering business requirements and consolidating user stories that feed directly into development teams?**

**Excel working with technical development teams and naturally build trusted relationships when it comes to product and delivery strategy?**

**Full time, Permanent**

**Salary**:competitive basic + bonus + benefits

**Working**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

**Location**:Farringdon, London (Hybrid working)

**The Product Owner will be responsible for**:

- Working with a team of product managers to understand scoped user problems, gather and clarify business requirements, and manage delivery expectations
- Translating requirements into distinct user stories and tasks for the design and development teams, running sprint ceremonies and managing technical documentation
- Owning the delivery of new features by managing the development backlog and coordinating technical teams, identifying, and removing blockers
- Identifying technical constraints and trade-offs, and providing recommendations to Product Managers between various options
- Taking a lead role in prioritising development work across the full line of products
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
- Contributing to the product vision and roadmap
- Creating and reporting on product performance
- Must have B2B SAAS products and/or ecommerce platforms
- Agile development, with a proven history of successfully delivering features that drive business goals
- Effectively managing development teams and confidently interfacing with senior technical leaders
- Understanding of what good looks like for a development team and architecting processes to move the team closer to that vision
- Empowering a team of engineers to think creatively about solutions and communicate trade-offs across various options
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Scrum Master Certification preferred
