An opportunity has arisen to join the ExcelClad team as a yardman/driver. We are a well-established, family run business specialising in roofing/cladding materials and timber framed buildings. We have a lovely team of people, situated near Whitchurch, Shropshire.

**Job description**

**The main responsibilities for the role are but are not limited to;**

The role is full-time (8am
- 5pm Monday to Friday)

You will be required to work alongside our yard manager, in a varied “hands on” role involving a variety of different roles, including looking after the yard and handling materials.

Loading customer’s orders

Unloading stock and checking all correct against orders

Forklift operating - Loading and unloading materials and products

Picking out materials and packing orders, ready for delivery or collection

Deliveries - local drop offs

General upkeep of the yard, keeping it clean, tidy and in a safe condition.

Takes accountability for planning and managing own work efficiently to ensure objectives are met.

Full driving licence required, HGV/LGV is an advantage but not essential

Forklift operator an advantage, but training can be offered

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
