We’re looking for a FULL TIME kitchen assistant. The role will be from Mon-Sat for 5 days a week, the hours can range from 7am-6pm.

The role is perfectly suited to someone who has an interest in baking and cakes or getting the entry level experience in a commercial kitchen. The role includes:
Cleaning, sanitising and organising the kitchen.

Taking in deliveries.

Washing up, using the dishwasher and organising the madness of tins and bowls.

Organising stock and assisting the control of stock rotation.

Building boxes, boxing/packaging products.

Assisting our bakers with tin preparation, weighing ingredients and cakes, prepping equipment, chopping fruits, chocolate bars etc.

Preparation of equipment before use.

Location: Wilma’s in Southend on Sea, SS25QF

We would love:

- Someone who is passionate, hard working, has an attention to detail and who wants to work in a production facility.
- Who is self motivated but can work with direction as an individual or as a team member.
- Someone who is a tidy, fast learner who has a passion for baking.

No experience necessary for this role, although dedication certainly is.
