**£38,766 to £42,783 per annum** - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday**

We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced CBT / CBTe Therapist to join our fantastic team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, our Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition.

As our Cognitive Behavioural Therapist / CBT-E Therapist you will work across the three units at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, Wedgwood our CAMHS Eating Disorders Service, Hartley our CAMHS Psychiatric Intensive Care Service and Thorneycroft our General Adolescent Service.

You will be part of our supportive and dedicated Consultant-led Multi-Disciplinary Team who are experts in looking after and treating young people with severe, enduring and complex mental health conditions. Our team are committed to developing the hospital and providing the best care possible and providing our staff with support and training they need to thrive in your role.

**As our CBT / CBTe Therapist you will**:

- Hold a recognised post graduate diploma in CBT therapy
- A fully accredited member of the BABCP
- Ideally have experience working in a CAMHS setting
- Interested in dynamic therapy with clients who are motivated to change.
- Experience of and actively use CBT skills & techniques
- Provide high quality interventions in accordance with NICE guidance
- An inspirational collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Have previous experience in the area of acute mental health
- Skilled in the facilitation of a range of group interventions.
- Accredited CBT therapist or working towards accreditation
