Employability Officer

The Employability Officer will be central to engaging students in careers and employability services and events via various channels of promotion and liaison. The post holder will also arrange workshops, employer events, information presentations and work with relevant student societies and clubs, including engaging with the Students’ Union.
The Careers and Employability Service, Faculty and University has links to employers across a broad range of sectors and the role holder will be expected to be involved, sharing sector insights and expertise and developing opportunities for the students. The role will involve occasional evening and weekend work, according to the needs of the service.

There are two permanent full-time posts available (36.25 hours), and roles will typically start at the bottom of the grading, except in exceptional circumstances. Interviews will take place in person on University Park.
