Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 plus uncapped commission for an excellent earning potential (OTE from £80,000). The lowest earning sales person last year took home £85,000.
I am currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for a popular property investment company. This is an exciting and rare opportunity - you will be working within a well experienced sales team.
The role will be working within a well established company which is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the National Association of Estate Agents - very few estate agents in the UK have this regulation therefore, this reassures buyersthis is a high end estate agency firm
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (working 1 in 2 Saturdays).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Following up warm enquiries generated from advertisements
- Answering inbound calls
- Liaising with home owners who are seeking a quick sale and educating them on the process
Essential skills:

- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
