Omega Windows, Doors and Conservatories was founded in 1994 by the present management to supply, install and service windows doors & conservatories. Over the last 10 years the firm has diversified into other areas such as serving the trade and have also become involved with some exclusive commercial projects.
Working predominantly from referral and word of mouth we feel that every installation says something about our firm. We provide best price “1st time” consistently and deliver quality material to our customers. All staff are aware of the commitment to quality. **Duties and Responsibilities**
**Customer service and Office**:
**Sales**:
- Answering general and sales telephone calls, handling professionally as the first point of customer contact
- Taking sales enquiries in a specific format and extracting as much information as possible to furnish the salesperson with a well-appointed and qualified enquiry
- managing the sales diary
- Brief / debrief salespeople with all quote information including the resulting of sales enquiries
- Attend network marketing events
- courtesy calling customers to follow up on sales visits to ensure the best levels of customer satisfaction
- Reception for clients in to the showroom
- At the end of each day keeping the showroom tidy and brochures replenished and topped up from various suppliers
- producing sales reports at the end of each day
- Answering other calls and directing where required
**Marketing**:
- Development of all in-house social media and website posts with support as required
- Arranging all marketing/events
- Interview staff to gain in depth knowledge of what they may be working on for media content
- Instructions and management of Sign Boards to customers’ homes
- Promotions - to builders, architects, trade partners and retail customers
- Handle copy and advertising for local publications - generate new ideas for adverts working alongside partners to develop new media
**Administration**:
- At least 2 years’ experience working within an office setting
- Able to write and post on various social media channels
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales
- Head up all administration ensuring all print media is ordered
- Document staff anniversaries and mark significant dates with awards i.e., 5-year 10-year dates
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Industry knowledge/experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent organisational and communicational skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and Windows 10 etc
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- General sales support to the Director and Sales Representatives
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain prices on materials
- Ordering office stationery and equipment
- All programmes operate on specific industry software within windows 10. It is an essential part of the position that competency on computer equipment will be required. It is not essential that the applicant has knowledge of the specific software as training will be offered.
**Annual Leave Entitlement**
Statutory holiday entitlement will be offered but must not conflict with other key staff. A flexible approach will always be taken.

**Salary**: paid monthly
Pension: is available
Hours: 9am start through to 5pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays 9-4 on a rota basis at an additional pay or in lieu
**Salary**: £20,800.00-£30,000.00 per year
