Teconnex is a global manufacturing business our tooling and automation department seeks an additional CNC Operator / Programmer to work with our team on our late shift, producing Machinery and press tooling components. to be based at our Keighley plant andpart of the team.

**The Role - CNC Operator - shift is Mon-Thurs 2pm to 10pm - Fri 12noon to 6pm or 6am to 2pm - Friday 12noon finish**
- Set and Operate C.N.C. Machines.
- Optimise machine utilisation and performance.
- Contribute and implement improvement of machine cycle times.
- **Programme on Heidenhain and Haas controls**:

- Generate C.N.C. machine programmes using Camworks/Solidworks

The person
- Apprentice trained in mechanical engineering with experience of programming and operation of VMC milling machines, CNC Lathes and be able to understand and work with engineering drawings.
- Has a number of years experience utilising VMC milling machines
- Works to high tolerances & right first time to meet challenging production targets
- Solid CNC machining background spent within a volume manufacturing or engineering.
