**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to create a tidy environment.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring all linens are cleaned and stored appropriately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning equipment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour
