**Your role**:
- Setting up suppliers accounts
- Record purchase invoices accurately and on a timely basis
- Handle supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconcile monthly purchase ledger statements
- Record and manage Sub-contractor invoices
- Support other areas of the finance department as required
- Other Ad hoc duties i.e. filing, data tidy up
**Skills and experience required**:
- Strong communication skills
- Previous accounts experience
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with Sage 200 but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
