Financial and Management Reporting Manager

**My High growth, FMCG/online retail business are enjoying sustained growth and investment are now hiring a Financial and Management Reporting Manager to drive management information and quality financial reporting**. **Hybrid working.**

Whilst reporting into the Financial Director you will focus on delivering high quality Financial and management reporting and the ongoing development of management information, financial control and related processes.
**Accountability's and duties include**:
Delivery and development of Management and Financial reporting of UK and a recently acquired overseas subsidiary along with commentary and suggestive actions to assist decision making.
Development of Key Performance Indicators
Investor reporting
Management of the annual audit whilst ensuring the business remains up to date with reporting requirements, controls and policies.
Supporting the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting
Supporting the internal cost centres including sales and Marketing to ensure expenditure remains in line with financial plan
Cost allocations
Development and management of an Accounts Assistant including regular review and personal development plan.
Supporting ongoing system development.
