Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Executive and overseen by the Marketing Director, you will contribute to various aspects of marketing, including PR, digital marketing, content creation, and more. Your responsibilities will span marketing administrative tasks, collaboration with design teams, regulatory adherence, reputation management, and internal engagement efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Marketing function with project delivery and daily tasks.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing promotions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by working closely with legal, compliance, and product teams.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and respond efficiently to requests.
- Contribute to marketing reports and statistical analysis.
- Handle reputation management through review platforms and social channels.
- Compose and post online content with oversight.
- Support content creation, from copywriting to filming.
- Assist with internal engagement strategies and events.
- Support internal communications through the company intranet.
- Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and corporate branding.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives and requests.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers when required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or 2+ years’ experience in a marketing team.
- Proficient in Office 365; experience with Google Analytics and Mailchimp is desirable.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies and digital marketing tools.
- Previous experience in managing multiple projects and meeting demanding deadlines.
- Confidence in engaging with managers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- A strong aptitude for teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability.

This position is predominantly home based but you must have the ability to commute and work in different locations near Chesterfield/Sheffield when required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
