**Basic Information**:
**Salary**: £20,600 + Attendance bonus paid £300 each quarter (95% attendance) giving you £21,800 per year

**Bonus**: Up-selling bonus, with NO sales targets OR pressure - Av. £250 per month uncapped

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm
- No weekends

**Role**: Based in Warrington
- Inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Dealing with questions and queries
- Changing account details
- Setting up direct debits/ Taking payments
- Offering advise on the best product or service
- Working towards targets
- Resolving customer complaints and issues

**Salary**: £20,600.00-£24,000.00 per year
