**About Us**
Our Bakkavor business in Bo’ness, based near Falkirk, specialises in the production of fresh, high quality salad products working primarily with premium retailers. To give you a sense for the scale of manufacturing in Bo’ness we produce over 70million salad based meals and side dishes from our 2 manufacturing facilities employing over 1200 people in the town.

**What will you do?**
- Develop and maintain excellent relationship internally and with customers, ensuring that communication is managed professionally and in a timely manner.
- Complete web-based finished product specifications within agreed critical path, meeting all customer requirements, and ensuring right first-time approach.
- Manage artwork generation and approval process making sure that information is correct & legal, and any issues are clearly and effectively communicated internally and to the customer.
- Maintain finished product specifications ensuring all details are kept up to date and accurate.
- To ensure the customer interface internally and externally are managed professionally and in a timely manner.
- Contribute to customer audits and visits demonstrating the full compliance to the specifications administration.
- Ensure the raw material details entered on the finished product spec are the most up to date and applicable for the launch of the product. Tracking any changes to raw material supply and updating finished product specs accordingly.
- Administration and inputting data to support the technical systems and trackers where required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Good IT Skills
- The ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
- Is reliable, flexible and professional at all times
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure
- Experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
