To support our exciting and challenging growth opportunities in Europe we have an opening for an experienced Warehouse Admin for our UK Paper Operations team.

**General Purpose of the Job**

As a Production / Warehouse Administrator, you are a crucial in providing support within the production and logistics department in line with applicable guidelines and procedures. You will be responsible for organizing, planning, and executing operationalactivities.

**Your responsibilities**
- Management of production orders against the production plan,
- Ensure all documents are recorded and filed correctly,
- Liaison with transport companies in respect to collections and timeslots,
- Internal Materials handling,
- Physical Inventory Management,
- Transport management,
- Distribution Management,
- Managing administration of Warehouse Management System
- Handle and resolve internal and external stakeholder's enquiries
- Ensure accurate stock records
- Process shipments and book out goods preparing shipment and export documentation and inventory transactions
- Contribute to improvement of internal procedures and processes
- Ensure effective communication with team members and Pregis stakeholder

**Your profile**
- You have at least 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role in an international company
- You are an inspirational, motivated, and creative employee that connects to our customers and takes ownership in delivering excellent service
- You are able to work in a pressurised environment.
- You have strong organisational and communication skills, preferably with a background in logistics.
- You are very familiar with MS Office, including a great command of Excel and ERP, preferably SAP.
- Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent, another European language skills will be an additional asset
- You have several years of relevant experience and knowledge of export processes.
- You are a representative and an ambassador for the company.
- You work effectively in a team, as well as on your own.
- You are prepared to work remotely and in the Stevenage office (UK).
