**Job: HR Administrator (Temporary)**
**Location: Slough**
**Length of Booking: Ongoing**
**Salary: £25,000 - £27,000**
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Key Skills**:
- Be the first point of contact for all staff in order to troubleshoot any system queries
- Update and maintain the HR database with all staff data, holiday and absence records, benefit information and training records.
- Run monthly reports to review probationary periods, long service anniversaries, absence, holidays etc.
- Support the HR team by ensuring all supporting information is collated in readiness for the monthly payroll.
- Train new staff on access to the HR database.
- Support the HR team in the development of the HR database.
- Co-ordinate and book training venues and manage logistics.
- Maintain starter, leaver, and temporary employee spreadsheets as required.
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance of the HR section of the company intranet
- Liaise with Line Managers so as to keep an accurate record of all Hiring Requests
- Manage the process of on boarding new suppliers and their due diligence checks
- Submit monthly reports to the disaster recovery team in order to ensure staff contact details are accurate
- Support the HR team in the annual regulatory assessments
- Support staff with any expense administration
- Support the HR & Compliance team with any regulatory training
- Manage the Careers inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate IT and New Starter forms ready for induction
- Raise and ensure pre-employment checks are requested and received for each new staff member
- Book meetings rooms, lunches and taxis
- Check and authorise individual departmental stationery orders, allocate to cost centres and highlight any irregularities.
**Experience**:
- HR Experience
- Strong IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint to
- Knowledge of HRIS Workflows is ideal
- Familiarity with MS SharePoint
- Knowledge of G Suite would be an advantage
