**What you will be doing**
- Planning and delivering our market leading true life events programme. Supporting both onsite and offsite events.
- Building relationships with local bars, restaurants and businesses to support true life.
- Providing visual/social content from true life events and managing the accommodations closed facebook page
- You are a welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
- You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints.
- Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
- Accommodation show arounds/welcome tours.
- Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
- Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections

- You will have previous front facing, customer service experience in a similar role.

- Ensures a high standard of appearance at all times

37.5 hrs a week 5 days over 7

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.00 per hour
