As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience while promoting and selling products or services within a retail environment. Even if you don't necessarily come from a rich retail or sales background, we will provide the necessarily training to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.

By the end of your basic training you will have the skills and confidence needed to engage with customers, promote products, and drive sales, while having great fun working in our dynamic team

**As a Retail Sales Associate you will**:

- Greeting customers and helping them to locate products or services.
- Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers.
- Providing information on pricing, warranties, and promotions.
- Processing sales transactions and handling customer payments.
- Assisting with product returns or exchanges.
- Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Participating in merchandising activities such as stocking shelves, setting up displays, and arranging products.
- Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organised sales floor.

**What we look for in the next Retail Sales Associate**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the position.
- Professionalism, including a neat and clean appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.57 per hour
