Venn Group is working with an Educational Trust who are currently looking for a Caretaker to join the Estates team to help oversee the School grounds. Below is a brief synopsis on the role,

Location: East Berkshire

Duration: 3 Months (Initially)

Hours: 37 per week

Rota: Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00, Week 2: 08:00 - 16:00, Week 3: 09:00 - 17:00

Rate: £12.50 - £14.23 an hour

Day to day duties include:

- Ensuring that the buildings and school site are secure, including opening and closing the schoolUndertaking planned and reactive maintenance of school grounds and facilities, including painting, decorating and carpentryCarrying out minor repair and maintenance workRoutinely checking walls, fencing and surfaces for signs of damageEnsuring that all allocated equipment, furniture and materials are stored safely and securely

Essential Skills:

- A enhanced DBS within the last 3 monthsPrevious experience working in a similar positionSchool experience is not essential
