We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Night General Assistant.

Working between the hours of 10:30pm and 8am

10-20 Hours per week, this may be more when covering holidays or sickness.

As Night Assistant you will you will act as first point of contact for guest queries during this time.

The successful person will be part of a team achieving high standards of customer care following the hotel’s policies and procedures, key requirements of the role are:

- Responsible for the smooth operation of the property overnight
- To ensure 100% guest satisfaction at all times
- Ensure efficient and prompt customer service
- Respond to customer requests
- Perform regular cleaning duties.
- Conduct regular security walks throughout the property
- Experience in handling and co-ordinating difficult situations effectively
- Ensure that the Hotel Night Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
- Be fully conversant with hotel’s policies.
- Responsible for the safety and security of guests in house ensuring compliance with hotel security & fire regulations and all health & safety regulations

Previous experience in a similar role is desired, but similar experience will be considered.

You must be an excellent team player with strong communications skills and a passion for delivering great customer service, a positive approach, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work within a small team.

This is a diverse role that will include many other tasks not listed here.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: £9.25 per hour
