Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in food preparation as needed. **Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
- Assist with food preparation when required, adhering to food safety standards to ensure high-quality service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient communication during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively during shifts to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently without compromising service quality.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety within the bar area in compliance with health regulations.

**Experience**
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous; training will be provided for those new to the industry.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and a willingness to help colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
