**Job Summary**
As a Retail Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the products they need while providing knowledgeable advice and support. You will be expected to maintain a welcoming environment, ensuring that all customers feel valued and appreciated.

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information.
- Utilise basic maths skills for processing transactions and managing cash.
- Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Employ effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing shelves.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via telephone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Experience**
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
- A proactive approach to selling, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling products.
- Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices will be beneficial.
- a knowledge of the golf industry either though prior employment or playing the spot personally.

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
