**What we need**

We are looking for a talented Junior Product Designer to join our UK Design Team and design our strategic projects on the market. We are looking for someone that is highly collaborative, innovative and versatile with the ability to effectively understand business challenges and needs across different industries. You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team which generates significant contribution to YOOBIC DNA and goals.

**What you'll do**
- You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional product squad. You’ll be responsible for all design artefacts produced; from initial discovery and user journey mapping through to the execution of final UI design details.
- Creating and maintaining components for our Design System
- Creating clarity through journeys, wireframes and prototypes
- Validating and iterating designs with Product managers
- Executing designs in polished UI in close collaboration with developers
- Creating great product, UI and task experience with UX writers

**What you have...**
- At least 1-2 years of experience designing great products.
- Strong Portfolio which demonstrates your end-to-end design process and deliverables
- Familiarity with Design System and Saas platform
- Proficient knowledge in producing wireframes, working prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Ideally you'll be an expert with Sketch, Marvel, Zeplin, Abstract, Framer, Invision, Lottie, Adobe After Effect.
- Knowledge of design patterns for the Web, Android and iOS too
- Familiarity with creating animations from scratch
- Familiarity with multiple aspects of both UX research and UX/UI design
- Strong communication as you will involve regular contact with PMs, engineers and other designers - so you'll need to be effective at communicating well as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for lean thinking, design sprints, and iterative design.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
