**How much can you earn**:

- Our average fee is currently £15,000 and you will be marketing homes around, & exceeding, the £500,000+ mark. You will earn between **36%** of all your exchanged fees.

**Partner agent responsibilities**
- Partner Agents can focus on the four main income producing tasks which are, Prospecting, Listing Properties, Selling Properties and Negotiating offers, which is what most Agents enjoy doing and are good at.
- Maximize revenues and grow the property register.
- Creating world class marketing campaigns for luxury properties.
- Developing exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Agents, able to work independently.
- Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience.
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
- Be able to work effectively.
- Be always motivated and enthusiastic.
- Display high standards of service and presentation.
- Have good organizational skills.
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
- Be a car owner with a full driving license.
- Be insured for business use.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
