Pharmacy Maintenance Handyperson

We are a group of pharmacies across the central belt with branches in Glasgow, the Lothians, Tayside and Fife.

As part of our continued growth and expansion we have a role for a maintenance person to cover all our locations.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Pattern: Monday-Friday predominantly but you may be required to work outwith normal hours if needed.

The role involves taking a lead and working closely with the pharmacy management team to support and develop the business.

We can also support you to train and develop your role as part of the pharmacy team.

Responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.

You will be expected to be versatile, with multiple duties and responsibilities, including**:

- Plumbing**:To resolve basic problems such as installing new taps, sinks and toilets, and repairing leaks.
**- Electrical**: replacing bulbs, rewiring sockets, installing alarms, doorbells, security cameras and thermostats.
**- Decorating**: painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces.
**- Repairs and Maintenance**: installing cabinets, doors, countertops and flooring including tiles, carpets or other hardwood. This could include working outside in all weathers.

**Qualifications**

**Multiskilled (**Handymen, or Maintenance Technicians) with broad variety of household jobs.

**Full clean drivers licence required. Company vehicle provided for business use.**

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (required)
