**Overview**:
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations. Reporting to the Head of HR but working closely with a number of colleagues to provide excellent organisational support to the business in a number of different areas.

**Duties**:

- Be the point of contact for all office management queries including booking of visitors to the site, organise supplies for coffee machine and kitchen necessities, work alongside the Oxford estate on any office maintenance topics.
- Support the management of health & safety to ensure full compliance by facilitating meetings, taking notes, chasing actions from colleagues, and supporting with local H&S induction. Admin support including maintating fire marshalls and first aiders compliance, ensuring apporpriate risk assessments are completed and filed away.
- Provide HR support for payroll input, ad hoc projects and general support as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrator/assistant experience
- Ideally some experience in Health & Safety or willing to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
- Flexible to support where needed in tasks outside of scope

Pay: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
