- This post has a key leadership role in Adult Services. It sits within Optalis (who provide services on behalf of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead).
- You will have a significant role in building working relationships and collaboration between Health and Social Care in order to develop an integrated service for adults across our communities.
- The focus of this role will be primarily on Integrated Mental Health and Integrated Learning Disability services from a strategic and social care perspective, including Transitions/Preparation for Adulthood. Experience in these areas is therefore essential.
- As part of the Optalis Senior Management team, you will lead and significantly contribute to the transformation of Adult Social Care.
- You will play a leadership role in developing integrated pathways, facilitating and promoting innovation and transformation to improve outcomes for people.
- Providing senior leadership to the transformation of adult services through the development of strengths-based practice, prevention and early intervention, you will work collaboratively with peers and colleagues within both health and social care.
- You must hold a professional qualification in health or social care and be registered with the appropriate professional body.
