**About The Role**:
**Role**: Morning Site Supervisor

**Location**: Bishops Stortford, CM22 7DG

**Salary**: £12.5 per hour

Must have minimum 1 year Supervisory experience

**Shift**: 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday

40 hours per week, half hour unpaid break

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Site Supervisor, who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

**Duties as a Site Supervisor**
- Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
- Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
- Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site
- Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
- Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
- Working as part of a team

- Must have experience in managing a team of cleaners
- Have good eye for detail
- Organised
- Take pride in there work
- Have knowledge COSHH
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Will be responsible for cleanliness of vehicles and offices within the premises
- Must be able to work well with a team
